Removed them all from router and deleted all the connections l had remembered from other networks no fix. If l put my airport on and connect to the net the same with my ipad the same router the ipad would connect the mac would SWOD if l take the ipad or iPhone off it wouldn't even my pc connected same problem. When l would boot up my mac it would always have this SWOD and it l seen it a lot with people having different problems. Now getting back to that spinning wheel problem. Now when l was using my mac in the past the battery died was disappointed in the just out of warranty support l got and applying for work with apple but l use pc's also so mac don't always like that its just the culture but l can appreciate both still got iMac that most used in school and it works and the first ipad and customised it so the battery and even with normal use lasts a month this was all done out of warranty in small group of good programmers who are very well known in the ios community. I mostly when using apple products was working on the iOS devices early iPhone 3gs,4 and done a lot of unbricking for friends and bricking on my devices to find those answers. I found this answer l knew it all along for along time my mac would have issues with the SWOD there is a lot of things l had tried. Anyone else got any advise besides buy another MacBook Pro?
#MAC SPINNING WHEEL OF DEATH INSTALL#
Tried to save my factory install in the end replaced battery and it was fine back comes the wheel again this is an apple hardware issue.
#MAC SPINNING WHEEL OF DEATH UPGRADE#
I was having a good conversation with a customer rep about a fix but his experience in macs are only 3 years so couldn't help me much.He mentioned a few ideas but the rep l spoke to earlier was more preferred that l buy a new MacBook Pro as l want to upgrade my os to rather el capitan or high sierra but every time l reinstalled the os l tried a fresh install, l deleted all partitions there's nothing left almost but use Linux unless apple send good advise today that or bootcamp it into windows. To be having issues like SWOD with hardware failure. And this is the cleanest not a scratch on it MacBook pro 2011 15 inch anyone see's after first year and its made a great expensive paper weight. I rang apple and they gave me some ways to replace the drive but there was nowhere that stocked parts where they sent me. Been having this problem since the same year it feel out of warranty and didn't upgrade to AppleCare.
